yeah, yeah... another fish post.
You might remember Bigote, my catfish... here he is as a little bitty baby:

He's about thrice as big now (6" from nose to tail), so he's been relocated to the new 10 gallon tank, which he shares with a baby shark.
He is not the most photogenic fish because he's extremely shy...
Since I last wrote about him, he's been responsible for nearly a dozen in-tank fish disappearances. He ate everyone except Molly...
(6 neons, a handful of guppies, 2 algae eaters).
These are from today:

Anyway, the story is that I put Rosita in that tank yesterday and saw that they kept fighting over the same hiding spots... or so I thought.
I woke up to Rosita clinging to Bigote's whiskers. Yesterday she kept pinching his tail or anywhere she could, and I thought he just wanted her spot, but after some thinking, I think he was actually trying to eat her.
So I moved her to the old tank with everybody else where she seems pretty chill.

Watching her eat is totally cute.

Especially when Molly tries to eat from the same food pellet.
Please notice the >:[ expression.
